SOME IMPORTANT FAITH’S
DEVELOPMENT INTERESTS

 

Faith Elementary and Middle School has many developmental and improvement interests. All of these interests are related to it’s goal of providing the best education possible to students entrusted to it’s care. 

In the past the school was placed at considerable risk by consistently over-extended itself and it’s resources in the interest of helping as many students and families as possible. Today, the school is seeking necessary resources to make it financially possible to offer it's services to students and families who need it, without imperiling or neglecting it's highly dedicated and committed staff

The scarcity of funding to operate this independent, Christian school, is important for general operation, expansion, keeping pace with changing trends in education, and integrating technology in instructional programs.

Some of these many needs are listed here for your consideration as to what you can and will do to support this outstanding grass-roots effort to do an even more exceptional job of helping community students children to excel in education and shine in their character development.

  1. Contributions for General Operations are needed. 
  2. Donations to purchase a building offering adequate space to meet student, administrative, and support spaces and facilities is a top priority; 
  3. Donations or funding for staff development (including seminars, conferences, in-service programs, guest speakers for staff training, local and away);
  4. Funding to hire a development officer to lead out in developing contacts and proposals to businesses, foundations, corporations, families, churches, individuals, and others capable of assisting the school financially;
  5. Acquisition of funding to Support Curriculum Development Titled: "Science, Mathematics, Reading and Language Arts: A Computer-Based Instruction for k-6 students";
  6. Sponsors for student tuition scholarship;
  7. Donations of lap-top computers for student use; 
  8. Donation of safe playground equipment for students;
  9. Donation of copier with maintenance agreement, or donation of maintenance agreement for used copier school already owns;
  10. Contributions to or funding for an Endowment Fund for the school;
  11. Volunteers to purchase life insurance and name school as beneficiary or one of beneficiaries;
  12. Contributions to establish a trust fund to the school;
  13. Naming the school in last will and testament document;
  14. Donation of vehicles that may be sold by school;
  15. Donations of property ( land and/or buildings) to help school develop an assets portfolio that will be helpful in obtaining financing for a school building;
  16. Donations to help school in replacing and up-dating student textbooks for all subjects and grades using A Beka textbooks and teacher resources;
  17. Donations or funding for a school bus.
  18. Donation of volunteer time to assist in school with reading, grading papers, helping at lunch time, or assisting on the playground.
  19. Organizers for developing Faith Booster Clubs in various communities;
  20. Funding for numerous individual classroom projects in reading, drama, cultural diversity, mathematics, computer utilization, after-school tutoring and student enrichment projects, and staff expansion in student health and counseling.
